Keep a handle on costs - with scheduled preventive maintenance

Servicing and maintenance

We not only offer to service your assembly system in the event of any disruption, but also to provide preventive maintenance to ensure that you can count on your IMA system even when loads are high and the pressure is on – all while giving you full control of your costs.

      

By concluding an individual service agreement with fixed costs defined from the outset, you can secure favourable terms and conditions that save you money.

  

If your system requires servicing, a competent IMA staff member employee is available to you at our first line of support to coordinate and agree the service call-out with you and to organize everything else needed.

 

The first line of support can be reached between the following hours, depending on your service agreement level:

  

Basic:

Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm, Friday 7 am – 3 pm

  

Top:

Monday-Friday: 6 am – 10 pm

  

Premium:

365 days/year, 24 hours/day
