Automated assembly systems for the electronics industry
Systems from IMA Automation enable customers in the electrical and electronics industries to assemble even small and miniature components with extraordinary precision and cost-efficiency. Parts with differing geometries can be manufactured to high precision on a single machine at rates ranging from 20 to 400 parts per minute.
Examples of integrated processes:
- Micro-switch assembly at rates of up to 50 parts per minute
- Assembly of plug-connector blocks with a wide variety of pitches and numbers of poles
- Crimping of contacts
- Measurements of all types of electrical values
- Wire stripping
- Soldering, welding, greasing and oiling
